Little bit of a long review but I promise it’s worth the read.
I’m 23 years old, with chronic anxiety and of course it came the time to learn how to drive, to gain my confidence and my freedom. It took me a long time to actually find a driving instructor who was the right fit for me, and Steve taught my dad how to drive so I listened to his recommendation. Little did I know, learning to drive with Steve would go on to be one of the greatest experiences of my entire life.
On my first lesson with Steve I had an anxiety attack and within minutes he managed to put my mind at ease, calm me down and on that same day with his encouragement and sheer kindness helped me drive on a main road for the first time in my life.
He’s adaptable when it comes to learning, no matter what your learning style he will always have a way to make it possible for you. He will also tailor your lessons to you specifically so you will never feel pressured to do things you aren’t ready for.
Here I am, 10 months later having passed my driving test first time because I had the most incredible driving instructor who is easygoing, kind and fun. Please, please, please go to Steve for all of your driving lesson needs!-

“An amazing driving instructor, very patient and understanding. I've been learning with steve for a while and he is one off the best driving instructors ive ever driven with. He makes you feel at ease and his encouragement is above and beyond. There was quite a few times I wanted to just quite but steve seen my potential and encouraged me to carry on, I am so pleased I did cause I passed with zero faults and that's all down to steve, I would definitely recommend steve Chaplin driving school to anyone that wants to drive but is nervous and needs their confidence building."
